Routine Assistance

Everyone can agree that a routine helps keep us focused and on track.  The simplicity of waking up at a consistent time and starting the day with a routine of grooming and eating a nutritious meal will help set the pace for the rest of the day.  The advantage of a regular eating, sleeping and exercise pattern helps keep seniors more healthy, active and motivated throughout the rest of the day.  Companionship also helps a senior stay more engaged and alert.  Research shows this lowers the risk of dementia.  Assisting Independence can come in the morning and help establish this routine and provide companionship to start the day off right.
